wat kind of ship is thiis?

initially it is atill acceptable when they joked abt it.. later there were a high frequencies of the same thing.. eventually found out abt they actually jealous of it and one even feel very demoralised by it that he every time lament how lousy he is and now he had changed job with higher pay...
